TCM Function: Disperses blood stasis and phlegm accumulation in the lower jiao

Ingredients: Chi Shao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), San Qi (Rx/Rz Notoginseng), Zhe Bei Mu (Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii), Bie Jia (Carapax Trionycis), Gui Zhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi), Mu Dan Pi (Cortex Moutan), Mu Li (Concha Ostreae), Tao Ren (Semen Persicae), E Zhu (Rhizoma Curcumae), Fu Ling (Poria), Pu Huang (Pollen Typhae), San Leng (Rhizoma Sparganii), Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Hong Hua (Flos Carthami), Yan Hu Suo (Rhizoma Corydalis).

Note: This formula has the herbs, Mu Li (Concha Ostreae), which is a mollusk shellfish, and the herb, Tao Ren (Semen Persicae), which is a tree nut. 

Recommended Dosing: 3-4 capsules 3 times a day for an average adult (18-60 years of age, approximately 150 lbs). This standard dosage may be increased or decreased depending on the patient's individual factors, such as age, body weight, type of illness and severity. Serve with warm water on an empty stomach, 2-3 hours apart from your prescription medication or other supplements. Do not take with tea, coffee, juice, soda or any other beverages.
