We aim to have parcels ready for dispatch within 4 hours. (During normal business hours)

DELIVERY TIMES
- New Zealand (non-rural) 1-3 business days
- New Zealand (rural) 2-4 business days
- Australia 5-10 business days
- Rest of world 7-14 business days
METHODS OF SHIPMENT
All New Zealand parcels are sent via courier (Fast Way Couriers) with track and trace. If you require a trace code, please contact us after you have placed your order.
Overseas items are sent via standard airmail. Insurance and tracking are only available for parcels valued over $300 NZD or weighing over 2KG. For express shipping, please e-mail us for a quote.
